The 11-Finger Amputee
Last updated: October 6, 2026
These are the terms for using 11thfa.com, getting our free guide, and buying The 11-Finger Amputee. We've kept them in plain English, because terms nobody can read aren't terms — they're decoration.
By using 11thfa.com, signing up for our free guide or a waitlist, buying from us, or using our materials, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or the materials.
These materials are provided by The Chaseyrita, LLC ("we," "us"), reachable at [email protected] or 2733 N Power Road Ste 102 PMB 457, Mesa, AZ 85215, United States.
The free guide. The Habit Autopsy (free edition) is a 20-page downloadable guide to the habit patterns behind vaping. It's free: give us your first name and email address and we'll send it to you.
The gap test. Six optional questions that suggest which "job" your vape is doing for you and where to start. It's a tool for reflection, not a diagnosis (see section 3).
Waitlists. You can join a free waitlist for things we're building, such as the Gap Kit, the 30-Day Evidence Log, or the Quit Crew. Joining doesn't commit you to buying anything. People on a list get first access and the founding price when it launches, and we'll always show the price before you pay. What's included and when it launches may change, and if we decide not to launch something, we'll tell the people on its list.
The paid booklet. The paid edition of The Habit Autopsy is a digital educational resource that breaks down the habit patterns behind vaping — the triggers, the timing, the few minutes a craving takes to pass — delivered as a downloadable file. The Evidence Log is an optional add-on: a set of printable tracking worksheets (a trigger map, an urge log, a quit-day plan, a 30-day tracker, and a wall sheet), also delivered digitally.
Everything we sell today is digital. Nothing is physically shipped to you.
Read this part properly, because it matters:
When you buy or download our materials, including the free guide, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use them yourself. You're welcome to print them and use them however helps you.
You may not resell, redistribute, republish, upload, or share the files publicly. Sharing a link to our free guide page is welcome. We keep all intellectual property rights in the materials, including the text, design, and branding.
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we don't store your card details.
Optional add-ons are always clearly presented and never added to your order unless you select them yourself.
If the booklet isn't useful to you, email us within 14 days and we'll refund it — no interrogation. Full details on our Refund Policy page.
We use text messages for two separate purposes.
Order delivery: if you provide your phone number at checkout, we'll text you your download link and any order-related updates — nothing else. This isn't required to complete your purchase; if you skip it, your download still arrives by email.
Marketing follow-ups: a separate, optional checkbox at checkout lets you also receive occasional messages about related offers or updates, up to a few times a month. Checking it is never required to buy anything or to receive your download.
Either way: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to either type of message at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you buy the booklet or sign up for the free guide, we also send a short series of optional follow-up emails over the following weeks. They're entirely voluntary and not required to buy anything. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works instantly. Our follow-up messages — by text or email — are support and encouragement, not medical guidance; everything in section 3 applies to them too.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number and email address.
Please don't misuse the site: no attempting unauthorized access, no interfering with how it works, and no using our materials for anything unlawful.
The materials are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We've worked hard to make them genuinely useful, but we can't warrant that they'll produce a particular result for you.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the materials means you accept the updated terms.
