Short version: we collect what we need to sell you a booklet and support you, we don't sell your data, and you choose whether to share your number for delivery texts, and separately whether to opt into marketing. The longer version is below.

1Who we are

The 11-Finger Amputee is a product of The Chaseyrita, LLC ("we," "us"). You can reach us any time at [email protected], or by mail at 2733 N Power Road Ste 102 PMB 457, Mesa, AZ 85215, United States.

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit 11thfa.com, buy from us, or opt in to our text messages — and what we do with it.

2What we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, and phone number when you check out or contact us.
  • Order information: what you bought, when, and the amount.
  • Consent records: the phone number you provided and whether you opted into marketing texts, and when.
  • Messages you send us: support emails, contact form submissions, and texts you send to our number.
  • Basic usage data: pages visited, referring site, approximate location, device and browser type.

We never see or store your card number. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details go to them, not to us.

3How we use it

  • To deliver what you bought and send your download links
  • To send order confirmations and receipts
  • To answer your questions and handle refund requests
  • To send text messages, only for the purposes you opted into (see below)
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
  • To meet our legal and tax obligations

4Text messages (SMS)

We take this part seriously, so here it is plainly. There are two separate ways text messages happen, and neither is required:

  • Order delivery texts. If you provide a phone number at checkout, we'll send your download link and any order-related updates to that number. Nothing else rides on this.
  • Marketing texts. A separate, optional, unchecked checkbox at checkout lets you also opt into occasional messages about related offers or updates — up to a few times a month.

Neither is a condition of purchase — you can buy without providing a phone number or checking the marketing box, and your download will still arrive by email. Providing your number does not automatically enroll you in marketing texts; they're tracked as separate consents.

A few things that apply to both:

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to either type of message at any time to opt out of that message type. Reply HELP for help.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or text-message consent with anyone else for their own marketing. Not with advertisers, not with partners, not with anyone.
  • Text messages are sent through a registered messaging platform in compliance with US carrier requirements.

If you opt out of either type, we keep a record of that choice permanently — specifically so we never text you again by mistake.

5Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only so they can do their job:

  • Payment processing — Stripe
  • Customer records, email, and text delivery — our CRM and messaging platforms
  • Analytics — to measure site traffic

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

6Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, remember your checkout session, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

We also use Meta Business Tools (including the Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors from Facebook and Instagram use this site and to measure our ads. This shares some information about your visit with Meta. You can see how Meta uses that information in Meta's Privacy Policy, and manage your ad preferences at Meta's Ad Settings.

7Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site, secure processing of payments through Stripe (we never see or store your card details), and restricted access to customer data limited to the tools and people who need it to run the business. Stripe encrypts card numbers at rest using AES-256. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — but we work to protect what you share with us.

8How long we keep things

We keep order and contact records for as long as we need them to support you and to meet tax and legal requirements. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely, as described above. If you'd like your information deleted, email us and we'll take care of it, apart from anything we're legally required to retain.

9Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll handle it.

Depending on where you live — for example in California, or in the EU or UK — you may have additional rights over your personal information. Ask us and we'll honor them.

10Age

This product, this site, and our text messages are intended for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has given us their information, email us and we'll delete it.

11Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted here.
