Refund Policy

That's the whole policy. No hoops, no interrogation, no "please explain what you didn't like." If the booklet didn't help you, you shouldn't have to pay for it.

1What's covered

Everything we sell: The Habit Autopsy and The Evidence Log add-on, whether you bought them together or separately.

2How to request one

Email [email protected] from — or mentioning — the email address you used at checkout. Say you'd like a refund. That's it.

You don't need to justify it, and we won't ask you to prove you read it.

3How long it takes

We process refunds within 3 business days of your email. Once processed, your bank or card issuer usually takes another few days to show the money back on your statement — that part's on their side, not ours.

Refunds go back to the original payment method.

4About digital products

Because these are downloadable files, we can't exactly take them back. So this policy runs on trust — and we're fine with that. We'd much rather refund someone than have them sitting on something that didn't work for them.

If you keep the files after a refund, that's between you and your conscience.

5After a refund

If you're getting our follow-up emails, you're welcome to keep them or unsubscribe anytime — there's a link at the bottom of every one. Nothing you need to ask us for.
